Shipping & Returns


1. Delayed Delivery during Sale & New Brand Arrival
•There will probably be delays in delivery during Sale & New Brand Arrival which takes 2-3 business days or more after placing ordersas the volume of orders increases from the non-sale period.
• We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays.
• Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and inconvenient weather conditions.

2. How much is shipping fee?
• FREE!! within Thailand.
• For other countries there will be shipping fees.  The fees vary depending on each country.

3. When do we deliver?
• We deliver Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM Thailand time (except weekends & Holidays).
• We are unable to deliver to any other shipping address which doesn’t match the one when placing, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

4. How many days is the shipment process?
Sabai-Arom Thailand delivers all orders placed with successful payment before12 PM on the same business day. Please note that the delivery within Bangkok and vicinity will be handed the next day and 2-3 business days for upcountry. If you are not able to place the order by 12 PM of that day, we will process the delivery the day after.
** During busy sales periods, delivery may take up to 2 or more business days.

5. Do we provide Messenger Delivery and Cash-On-Delivery Service?
• We do NOT provide Cash-On-Delivery Service (COD) at the moment.
• We offer messenger delivery service via Kerry Express and Alphafast, procedures below:
1. The Customer Service Department prepares a delivery and issue invoice for the all orders placed with successful payment before 12 PM on that day.
2. Sabai-arom Thailand delivers orders to Kerry Express/Alphafast before 4 PM.
3. Customer receives a shipment notification e-mail, including a tracking number.
4. Kerry Express/Alphafast delivers the package to the desired address the next day.


We want you to be completely satisfied with the happiness you shopped. Therefore,
your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We will be glad to exchange your item or refund
the full price upon the damage and faulty of product if you choose to return it within
14 days of delivery with specific terms as follows:

• The product must be of its originaland re-saleable conditions.
• Unused, unopened and still in the original packaging
• The gift set or compilation must be returned as a whole.
• For a full refund on products with a free gift, please return both or your refund will not be processed.
• The products should be returned to Sabai-arom within 14 days of the order date

Then, follow these easy steps:
• Take a photo of the item/s
• Send the photo to customerservice@sabai-arom.com with your order reference number.
• Specify your reason/s of returning or refunding.
• Be sure to package your returns carefully (they need to be received in good
condition in order for us to process your refund).

Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product.
We will send you a pre-paid postal label to use when returning the item to us.
Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your
new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will
be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification
will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for
the refund to process.
