How can I place an order?
“It’s just easy as a pie to shop your happiness at Sabai-arom. Just follow the steps below”
• Login to sabai-arom.com.
• Click on Catagory / Collection / Gift .
• Select item you wish and add items in your cart.
• To change the quantity of the item; click the item you wish to purchase and you will see a box next to ‘add to cart’ then you can change the number in the box by clicking – or +.
• To review the items in your cart, click on the ’Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page.
• If you have an applicable ‘Coupon Code’ , enter it and click on ’Apply Coupon’ The total price will be updated with the discount.
• Verify all necessary details including your shipping details in “View Cart”, then click on ’Proceed to Purchase’ to choose your preferred payment method.
• Please review your orders again and total amount before completing the payment. Choose your payment type
• Choose 2C2P PAYMENT, if you wish to pay with Credit/Debit card (Visa/MasterCard) or over Counter Service (7-Eleven not applicable) and Bank Counter.
• Choose Paypal, if you wish to pay using your Paypal Account.
• COD (Cash On Delivery)  only for Bangkok Samutprakarn Nonthaburi and Pathum thani
• Click “I have read and accept the terms & conditions” so as tom process to Check Out page.
• In Check Out page, if you have previously selected 2C2P PAYMENT, kindly click PAY VIA 2C2P. Should you wish cancel your order, click CANCEL ORDER & RESTORE CART.
*Fill all necessary information required then click “process to check out ”.
*For payment via Bank Counter and Counter Service, the order status will be Pending for payment within 48 hrs after placing and we then process it after payment received.

What and where is my order confirmation number?
The 5-digit order confirmation number can be found in “Ref.2” box and can be retrieved
• In your confirmation email.
• When you view your “Order Status” under “My Account”

How long does it take to confirm my order?
Orders are usually confirmed immediately once payment is received depending on payment method selected.

Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?
Most payments are processed immediately (credit/debit cards, Cash On Delivery, Paypal). Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. For other payment channels (Bank Counter/Counter Service) the order status will be Pending for payment within 48 hrs after placing and we then process it after payment received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at customerservice@sabai-arom.com or 02-xxxx- xxxfrom 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM (Mondays – Fridays) and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.

May I buy products directly at your warehouse?
All purchases through www.sabai-arom.comwill need to be made online.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it has been marked as “processing”. To check the status of your order, please log in to your account at www.sabai-arom.com, click on “my account” in the top left hand corner of the page, click on “my orders” on the left hand side of the page, and then view your most current order.

Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
We are NOT able to amend any orders including the shipping address change as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order. However, you may place an additional order with all the correct order details at any time.

I am having issues using the coupon/voucher code
Please check if;
• The coupon/voucher code has expired.
• Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only.
• Each order can only be applied with 1 coupon/voucher at a time.
• The coupon/voucher may not be valid for some products excluded from sale.
•You have used a non-participating Credit/Debit Card for the coupon/voucher code.

I am encountering problems ordering through my mobile device.
www.sabai-arom.comis compatible on most mobile devices and browsers. We suggest restarting the browser and clearing the cache and web browsing histories before logging onto www.sabai-arom.comagain. If you continue to face problems, please send a screenshot of the error to Sabai-arom Thailand Contact-Us contact us at customerservice@sabai-arom.com or 02-xxx- xxxx from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM (Mondays – Fridays) and we will work it out for you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
Please contact us immediately at Sabai-arom Thailand Contact-Us or via customerservice@sabai-arom.com from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM (Mondays – Fridays) or call 02-372- 2468-9 from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM (Mondays – Fridays) with your order number, details and images of the faulty items received. The items will be collected back by our courier.

Is it safe and secure to shop at Sabai-arom Thailand?
Sabai-arom.com ensures safeness, security and privacy of your online happiness shopping
experience. Hence, your personal information is kept secured and private during the entire
checkout process with SSL service (socket secure layer). In fact, we NEVER share nor sell your
personal details to any third party.

To increase your security, we do NOT collect your credit card information. Upon purchasing you
will be redirected to the 3D secure site and asked to enter a one-time- password (OTP) sent by card
issuing bank to further enhance your security for online order placement. You can directly contact
your card issuing bank to activate OTP.

What kind of payment methods can I use at Sabai-arom Thailand ?
• Credit/Debit card (Visa/Mastercard)

• Bank Transfer (ATM, Internet Banking, Bank counter)
• COD (Cash On Delivery)
• Over the Counter service (Tesco Lotus, BigC, Pay at Post, MPay, True Money Express, Cen Pay)

How to make a payment via each payment channel
1) Credit Card ( Click 2C2P PAYMENT ) Fill in all necessary information required then click confirm. The OTP (One Time Password) may be required and sent to you via mobile no. registered with bank for cardholder authentication verification to successfully pay. In case this is yet deactivated, contact your bank for activation (all online transactions need the ultimate security) If the order is successful, you will be redirected to confirm order page and the confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox.
2) Counter Payments, ATM Payments and iBanking (Click 2C2P PAYMENT ) : Fill in all necessary information required then clicks “Confirm” and views the Payment Form screen (instructions also sent via e-mail) Order confirmation email follows.
3) PayPal: Customer gets redirected to the PayPal account page and inputs the credentials. Customer finalizes payment. If the order is successful, you will be redirected to confirm order page and the confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox.
4) Cash On Delivery: Customer clicks “Confirm” and reaches the “Order Confirmation” page. Order confirmation email follows.

Is payment via Cash On Delivery safe?
Your security is very important to us. We work closely with our delivery team to ensure Cash On
Delivery orders are safe. You will be required to sign an invoice upon delivery, which will confirm
and ensure the collection of your cash.

Is it essential to have Paypal account to pay via Paypal?
Not at all! You can make a payment though having only credit/debit card without Paypal account.
Once you are redirected to Paypal website, there will be 2 alternatives of payment listed below;
• Pay with my Paypal account
• Pay with my debit or credit card

I want to change the payment channel for my placed order
Unfortunately, the system is currently not capable of providing such service. Therefore, please
make sure you are able to make a payment via your desired channel.
Should you wish to change to any other available channels; PayPal, Counter Service, Bank
Counter, ATM and I-Banking, you can alter yourself for all orders with pending payment by
selecting “My Order” tab in your account, choosing the order you wish to alter its payment
channel. Then click “Retry Payment” and pick the new channel as you wish.
In order to change to make a payment using the same payment gateway service provider,
123service, which offers several payment points; Counter Service, Bank Counter, ATM, and I-
Banking, please follow the payment instructions mentioned in email of payment form. Regularly,
the reference no. 1 and no. 2 are always required.

Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?

How can I get Refund after I no longer want paid products?
In case you wish to cancel orders which already paid or return products which are valid for return
policy within 14 days after delivery date to get refund, the reimbursement will be initiated and
getting back to you via the same payment method you used at the purchase time (for return,
after QC approval) as follows;
• Pay by Credit or Debit card, we will refund back to your same card used.
1) For Credit, the process takes 4-7 days to post reimbursement back into your card. Once
time frame is fulfilled, please contact your card issuing bank to check.
2) For Debit, the process takes 30-45 days to post reimbursement back into your account.
Once time frame is fulfilled, please contact your account issuing bank to check.
• Pay by PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account after getting account details. Theprocess takes 3-4 weeks.
• Pay by Cash, Counter Service, Bank counter, ATM, & Internet Banking, We will refund
through your bank account details provided. The process takes 3-4 weeks.
